We are building AI infrastructure for market intelligence. The work is technically hard, the team is small, and the standards are high. If you want ownership over systems that matter and have the depth to back it up, we want to hear from you.
All roles are based in Zürich or fully remote. We do not have hiring managers, recruiter screens, or take-home assignments designed to filter volume. We move fast with people who can demonstrate depth.
Equity is real. Compensation is competitive for the work we are asking you to do. We are not looking for generalists who can do a bit of everything — we are looking for specialists who are genuinely excellent at the specific thing each role requires.
